Please note that you can always find your sales receipt and log in to your account on our web site. Go click on the “Order history” tab, which displays all of the orders you have made before. If you want to print or download the receipt, you’ll see an order number that, when clicked, will take you to the receipt. - Timeframe: Customers are welcome to return merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchasing the product.
- Condition: The item cannot have been used, or worn and must be in its original packaging.

- Shipping: When your work has been approved, you will receive instructions regarding the return of the package. Important to note that the return shipping expense is the responsibility of the client if not due to a quality for failure issue.
